Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

6. Termination & Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused services.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a 12-month term.

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the paid term.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, early termination, or unused services.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any portion of the subscription fee.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gator Red LLC dba FalconOneAI.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
